Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bahggo platform. By registering or accessing the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
bahggo is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. Using this platform means you accept all of the terms and conditions described below. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly and stay informed of any changes.

Each user may only open one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended or permanently closed, and any bonuses and pending withdrawals will be considered void.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, bahggo reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawals. You must notify bahggo support immediately if any of your information changes.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. bahggo will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a third party accessing your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
3. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on the bahggo platform is ৳200. We support the following payment methods:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank Transfer
Any applicable fees or charges at the time of deposit may vary according to the payment provider's policy. bahggo generally does not impose additional fees on deposits.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless bahggo support permits a different arrangement under special circumstances.
3.3 KYC Verification
For withdrawals above a certain amount, or at any time bahggo deems necessary, you may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other official documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until this process is completed.
3.4 Currency and Taxes
All transactions on the bahggo platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is entirely the user's own responsibility to pay any applicable taxes on winnings.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before bonus funds become withdrawable, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a minimum of ৳20,000 must be wagered. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
- Violating bonus rules will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
- Bonuses are not transferable to any third party.
- While one bonus is active, there may be restrictions on claiming another bonus.
- bahggo reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Cashback Program
bahggo's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bahggo platform:
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Operating multiple accounts or playing on behalf of a third party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Colluding or conspiring with other users.
- Harassing or disrespecting other users on the platform.
Any user found engaging in the above prohibited activities will have their account closed without notice, and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Game Service Interruptions

6.3 Finality of Game Results

The bahggo platform is provided on an as-is basis. bahggo accepts no liability in the following cases:

- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or compromise of account security.

In any circumstance, bahggo's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user in that month.

bahggo reserves the right to modify, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after new terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
